April’s work has been exhibited widely; her most recent exhibitions include Revealing the Subject at the Oakville Galleries –a commissioned installation accompanied by an interpretive DVD for the art Gallery of Windsor and a solo exhibition at the Leo Kamen Gallery entitled Landscape and Memory. In addition to over twenty years of artistic production, April has taught photography, printmaking, and professional practices at Ryerson Polytechnic University and at the Ontario College of Art and Design. Currently, she is the Chair of the Photography department at The Ontario College of Arts and Design, teaching in both the third and fourth year programs
